1996 - Décember : Launch of Logicip's project, the first french industrial marketplace. CDAF (French buyers association) and Midest (Industrial exhibition - Reed Expo group) are the first partners.

1998 - January : Following an european call of proposals, the European Commission selected Logicip as one of relevant tools for improvement of relationships between SME (sub-contractors) and large acounts (Main contractors). Logicip obtains a financial support from European Authorities and the involvement of new partners like ACFCI (French Assembly of Chambers of Commerce), RIOST (International Network of Organisations of Sub-contracting, ...)

2000 - November : Logicip join the italian company : Finmatica Spa. Logicip becomes a major component inside the ePurchasing solutions provided by the group.

2003 - Febuary : Logicip is integrated inside the company called Activ Browser Technology. Two new ASP offers are created : Activ Deal, solution dedicated to Invitation to Tender and Auctions management, and Activ Sources, solution dedicated to eSourcing campaigns management and prior-evaluation of suppliers through the Internet.
